Overage is billed at cost-plus, transparently. You'll see consumption in real time inside Cortex and can set spend alerts.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Cortex isn't a wizard. Connecting your storefront, banks, carriers, ads platforms, and accounting — plus mapping your P&L and importing history — is 1-3 weeks of real work. The setup fee covers it: data source connections, P&L mapping, sandbox training, and a 30-day check-in. Base is fully self-service (free setup); Advanced and Enterprise include a Customer Success Engineer. Setup fee is waivable in negotiation for the right fit.
Above that band the conversation is rarely about the standard plan — it's about specific data residency, SLAs, integrations, or deployment requirements. We'd rather talk than guess.
